ORDER

By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage itself.

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.10.2024 and to direct the 6th respondent to issue pre assessment notice to "Solitaire BTN Solar Private Limited" and to complete the enquiry based on the order of this Court in W.P.(MD)No.24708 of 2023 and consequently to take effective steps in collecting the arrears payable by the "Solitaire BTN Solar Private Limited" to the petitioners' panchayat.

3. Heard the learned counsels on either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record.

4. When the matter the learned Government Advocate, S.Kameswaran, submitted that the same would be considered in accordance with law.

5. In view of the same, the 6th respondent is directed to consider petitioner's representation dated 26.10.2024 in the matter of issuance pre 3/6

assessment notice to "Solitaire BTN Solar Private Limited" and to complete the enquiry based on the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.24708 of 2023 within a period eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
