ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Advocate General assisted by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

2. This writ petition came to be filed since the petitioner was apprehensive that the tender / auction process may be vitiated by any irregularities.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, it has been stated that the process is going on without any hassle. I am of the view that nothing survives for further adjudication. This writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
