Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The fourth respondent herein filed W.P(MD)No.4986 of 2022. This Court vide order dated 23.03.2022 directed the authority concerned to pass final order. Pursuant to the said direction, final order has also been passed. It is to the prejudice to the petitioner. Unless the said order passed pursuant to the direction of this Court in W.P(MD)No.4986 of 2022 is furnished to the petitioner, he cannot question the same in the manner known to law. I direct the third respondent to forthwith furnish a copy of the order passed pursuant to the order dated 22.03.2022 to the petitioner herein within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is for the petitioner to challenge the same in the manner known to law. 2/4

3.With this direction to the third respondent and liberty to the writ petitioner to question the same, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
