ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioners, based upon the false complaint lodged by the third respondent, under the guise of conducting enquiries and interfering in the civil dispute, which is pending between the parties before the competent civil Court.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that on the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed directing the parties to approach the civil Court.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. NCC : Yes / No 26.11.2024 Index : Yes / No Rmk 2/4
