This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a direction to the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to take necessary action against erring official as per the dictum laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Lalita Kumari - Vs - Government of Uttar Pradesh and others reported in 2013(6) CTC 353.

2.As per the directions issued by the Division Bench, the relief sought for by the petitioner to register a case as against the respondents cannot be issued by this Court. The petitioner is having an alternative remedy under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that as per the 2/4

complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and closed by the respondents.

4.Recording the aforesaid submission, this petition stands dismissed. No costs.
