(Order of the court was delivered by G.R.Swaminathan, J.) The petitioner's daughter appears to have eloped leaving her children is with the petitioner.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor points out that the husband has not preferred any complaint. Be that as it may, the petitioner's complaint has been registered as Crime No.371 of 2024 by the second respondent.

3.We direct the second respondent to take earnest steps to trace the missing girl. No purpose will be served by keeping this habeas corpus petition.

4.With the aforesaid direction to the third respondent, this habeas corpus petition is disposed of.
