This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to conduct the inquiry by considering the petitioner's representation dated 0910.2023. 2.Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that based upon the representation/complaint made by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry, both parties appeared. Finding that there is a money transaction between two parties, the above said complaint/representation was closed advising the parties to workout their remedy through the civil process.

4.In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl. Side), nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this matter. Hence, this Writ Petition is dispose of. No costs.
