O R D E R This petition has been filed to direct the Juvenile Justice Board, Pudukkottai, to accept the surrender of the petitioner and consider his bail application on the same day in connection with Crime No.124 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent Police.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 03.11.2023, the petitioner's son abused the defacto complainant's son using his caste name. Thereafter, the defacto complainant's son committed suicide by way of hanging. Initially, the second respondent Police registered a case under Section 174 of Cr.P.C. Subsequently altered into sections 294(b), 323, 306 IPC r/w. 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) and 3(va) of SC/ST Act. 3.Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), accepts notice for the respondents 1 and 2. He would submit that the petitioner was apprehended on 15.11.2023. 2/4
