Pleadings are complete in these writ petitions and the contention by the Tamil Nadu Industrial Investment Corporation Limited is to the effect that the writ petitions are not maintainable. We agree.
2. The prayer in W.P.(MD)No.25195 of 2025 is in relation to an auction notice dated 18.06.2025.
3. We are given to understand that the sale is complete and that the Sale Certificate has also been issued.
4. As far as W.P.(MD)No.15395 of 2024 is concerned, it challenges an order of rejection of application for One Time Settlement (OTS) and under order dated 15.02.2024, the TIIC informs the petitioner that the OTS application has been rejected as there has been no further 4/6
enhancement in the offer from the side of the petitioner.
5. In such circumstances, we find no ground whatsoever to intervene. These writ petitions are dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
