ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.165 of 2022 on the file of the Thalayuthu Police Station, Tirunelveli and quash the same against this petitioner alone.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that after completing the investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tirunelveli and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.455 of 2022.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 03.01.2023 das 2/4
