ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the first respondent.

2.The petitioner is impeaching the validity of documents registered right from the year 1992. The first respondent declined to interfere in the matter. The petitioner therefore has to necessarily move the jurisdictional Civil Court for establishing her rights. It is well settled that finding rendered by an administrative authority cannot bind the Civil Court. The Civil Court will have to render its decision based on the evidence 2/4

adduced before it.

3.Granting such liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
