O RDER This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.1 of 2022, dated 14.01.2022 on the file of the first respondent. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that during the pendency of this petition, the first respondent police completed the investigation and filed a final report before the learned Additional Mahila Court, Karur and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.60 of 2023. 3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to workout their remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
