ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, to quash the impugned order Na.Ka.No.1465/A2/2023 passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings dated 26.07.2023.

2. It is seen from the impugned order that the respondents have invoked Section 77A of the Registration Act and passed an order holding the document to be false and forged, recommending the initiation of criminal proceedings. Based on this order, an FIR has already been filed, a charge sheet has been submitted, and the trial is ongoing.

3. Even though the order was passed under Section 77A of the Registration Act, but the respondents have power under Sections 82 and 83 of the Registration Act, where the respondents have the power to initiate criminal proceedings. Hence, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order passed by the respondents.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. The impugned order Na.Ka.No.1465/A2/2023 passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings 2/4
