ORDER

The petitioner has sought for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to correct the revenue records in respect of Survey No.153/1, Kulakaranpatti, Koovanuthu, Dindigul East Taluk, Dindigul District. 2.I have heard Mr.S.Pugalendhi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Satheesh, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. The scope of the writ petition being limited to the disposal of the petitioner's representation for seeking correction of the revenue records, it would suffice to direct the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 10.05.2024, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
