This contempt petition is filed that the order of this Court in W.P.(MD)No.11404 of 2015, dated 09.11.2023 has not been complied with.

2.Today(10.06.2025), when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent/contemnor submits that the investigation has already been completed in Crime No.18 of 2014 and it was closed as ''further action dropped''. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this contempt petition is closed, with a direction to the respondent to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner.
