The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to conciliate and persuade the 3rd respondent to revise the one time settlement offer to Rs.4,00,000/- from Rs. 13,39,710.81/-, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 21.03.2024, for one time settlement of his business loan account No.RJPYMT811050001 with the 3rd respondent.

There is no legal basis, for which, the prayer in the writ petition for issuing direction compelling the Reserve Bank of India to persuade the private finance company to arrive at a settlement.
