anticipatory bail.

2.The earlier anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P (MD) No.17705 of 2024 was dismissed by this Court on merits on 28.10.2024. This Court was not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner considering the fact that the petitioner has 8 previous cases.
