PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.201 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w. 20(b)(ii)(A), 29(1) of NDPS Act and 77 of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015, in Crime No.201 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The earlier anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD). No. 17702 of 2024 was dismissed by order dated 28.10.2024 and there are no change in circumstances to entertain this anticipatory bail petition. Hence, this criminal original petition is dismissed accordingly.
