ORDER

It is true that vide order dated 17.10.2024 in W.P(MD)No.24372 of 2024, we directed the authorities to clear the encroachments within a period of four months. However, the encroachers came before us by filing W.P(MD)Nos.30911 of 2025 to 30927 of 2025. Even while sustaining the eviction order, we granted them eight months time to vacate. Therefore, the respondent cannot be said to be guilty of contempt. The respondent will ensure that on expiry of the said period of eight months, the encroachments shall be cleared. 2.This Contempt Petition stands closed.
