Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.KARUNANITHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate (Criminal Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD). No.16607 of 2023, dated 13.09.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is still pending.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD).No.16607 of 2023, dated 13.09.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 am until further orders.
