ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to take action against the 4th and 5th respondents based on the petitioner's representations dated 12.03.2021, 17.03.2021, 16.08.2024 and 04.09.2024.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that pursuant to the complaints lodged by the fourth respondent, an FIR has been registered against the petitioner; and that the representation of the petitioner would be considered within a week.

3. In view of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's aforesaid representations within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
