O R D E R

The petitioner has sought for a direction to the second respondent to conduct an enquiry on the petitioner's complaint dated 09.04.2025 and to take necessary action against the respondents 3 and 4 in accordance with law.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner, an enquiry is pending in CSR No.527/2025 to ascertain whether any cognizable offence is made out and that the same would be concluded within a period of one week.

3. In view of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to complete the above said enquiry and communicate the result of the same to the petitioner within a period of one (1) week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
