This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A(MD) No.927 of 2023 on 20.10.2023.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said conditions.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.
4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.A.(MD)No.927 of 2023 on 20.10.2023 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further order.
