ORDER

The petitioner seeks to quash the FIR in Crime No.263 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed and a final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram through e-filing and the same is yet to be taken on file.
