ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to release the amount of Rs.2,16,092/- withheld by them by considering the representation dated 23.12.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the sum of Rs.2,16,092/- has already been settled to the petitioner.

3. In reply, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Writ Petition may be closed by recording the submission of the respondents.

4. Accordingly, the submission of the respondents to the extent that the sum of Rs.2,16,092/- has been settled to the petitioner is recorded and this Writ Petition is dismissed, as no further orders are required to be passed. No costs.
