2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent, police.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court twice a month i.e. on 1st and 15th day of every English Calender month at 10.30 am until further orders.
