ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.335 of 2025 on the file of Palani Town P.S., Dindigul District, to an independent agency such as the CB-CID or the CBI to ensure fair and impartial investigation.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the investigation in Crime No.335 of 2025, a final 2/4

report has been filed, which has been taken on file in P.R.C.No.19 of 2025 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani, Dindigul District.

3. In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication.
