ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been file to punish the contemnor/respondent for the wilful disobedience of the order of this Court passed in Crl.O.P(MD)No. 5125 of 2025 dated 20.03.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the direction of this Court, vide order, dated 20.03.2025 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.5125 of 2025, final report has been filed before the concerned Court through e-filing on 23.09.2025.

3. In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner does not wish to pursue the Contempt Petition.
