ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for hearing on this day in the caption for "Extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier order of this court dated 11.04.2023, and the requisition letter submitted by the Subordinate Judge, Melur vide the letter in D.No.297/ 2024 dated 26.02.2024, this Court made the following order:

The matter is posted today under the caption "for extension of time".

2. It is seen from the records that this Court vide order, dated 11.04.2023 has directed the Subordinate Judge, Melur to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.29 of 2019, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. 1/3

3. The learned the Subordinate Judge, Melur, has submitted a requisition letter, dated 26.02.2024 seeking six months further time.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances and also the reasons assigned, this Court is inclined to extend the time as sought for by the Trial Court. Accordingly, six months time is granted to dispose of suit in O.S.No.29 of 2019, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The learned trial Judge is directed to comply with the directions of this Court, without any further delay.
