ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to forthwith return the petitioner's original educational certificates, including the Higher Secondary School mark sheet, Transfer Certificate, and Community Certificate, without insisting upon payment of any discontinuation fee.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court that the relief sought by the petitioner in the present writ petition has already been rejected by the competent authority.

3. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the said rejection order, if so advised. No costs.
