ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2. 2.The petitioner impeaches the sale deed dated 25.03.2022 executed in favour of the fourth respondent. The Inspector General of Registration has issued the following circulars:- "(a) Letter No.41350/U1/2017 dated 31.07.2018 (b) Letter No.41350/U1/2017 dated 21.12.2020" 3.The first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation in the light of the aforesaid circulars. Final order shall be 2/4

passed after issuing notice to all the interested parties and after holding enquiry within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
