Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

2. The petitioner seeks cancellation of the petition-mentioned document. It is obvious that the petitioner is invoking Section 77A of the Registration Act 1908. The scope and applicability of the said provision is pending consideration before the Hon'ble Larger Bench. The petitioner's complaint will be kept pending by the first respondent. The first respondent will dispose of the complaint based on the decision to be rendered by the Hon'ble Larger Bench. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
