RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT IN BOTH PETITIONS Petitions filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petitions filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the conditions imposed against the Petitioners in Crl.MP.(MD).No.13270 and 13268 of 2022 in Crl.OP.(MD).No.18875 and 18871 of 2022 dt.04.11.2022 by this Honble Court. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SIVABALAN K, Advocate for the petitioners in both petitions and of MR.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent in both petitions, the court made the following order:- These Petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)Nos.13270 and 13268 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD).Nos.18875 and 18871 of 2022, dated 04.11.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly.

CRL MP(MD) No.16336 of 2022 4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)Nos.13270 and 13268 of 2022 in Crl.O.P (MD).Nos.18875 and 18871 of 2022, dated 04.11.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Virudhunagar Town Police Station, Virudhunagar, once in a week, ie., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 5.These Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered accordingly.
