The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the case on the file of the Principal District Court, Coimbatore, in I.D.O.P.No. 244 of 2025 and transfer the same to the file of the Principal District Court, Madurai.

2. When the matter is taken up today, there is no representation for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and also made an endorsement to the said effect.

4. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
