RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the Petitioner in Crl.OP.(MD).No.12027 of 2022 dated 18.08.2022 that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SUSI KUMAR C, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.12027 of 2022, dated 18.08.2022.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the charge sheet has already been filed in this case before the FTC Court, Dindigul.
4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.12027 of 2022, dated 18.08.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner appear report before the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
CRL MP(MD) No.16171 of 2022 concerned Court on 05.01.2023 and thereafter, the date on which fixed by the learned trial Judge.
