No.19666/2022 dt 14.11.2022 tha t the petitioner shall report before the Committal Court daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. SUSI KUMAR.C, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.19666 of 2022, dated 14.11.2022. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly.

CRL MP(MD) No.16265 of 2022 modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the Committal Court once in a week ie., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
