RESPONDENT / COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Relax the condition to stay at Chennai and report before the Adayar Police Station, Chennai everyday at 10.30 AM for a period of four weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 A.M. before the respondent imposed upon the petitioner in CRL OP(MD)No.20899 of 2022 vide order dated 08.12.2022 by this Hon'ble court. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VIKRAM.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.20899 of 2022, dated 08.12.2022.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was not able to comply with the condition and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has not complied with the conditions.

4. In view of the above, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.
5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
