The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the investigation in this case has been completed and charge sheet was filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Melur.

CRL MP(MD) No.16160 of 2022 4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.17642 of 2022, dated 14.10.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate Melur on 01.02.2023 and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned Magistrate.
