Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MS.GUNASEELANMUTHIAH J, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.N.VALLINAYAGAM, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner on 29.11.2022 made in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.14674 of 2022 in Crl.R.C.(MD).No.SR37125 of 2022. 2.By the above said order, this Court directed the petitioner to appear before the trial daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner have complied the conditions regularly. 4.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.
