ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 07.11.2024 for the offences under Section 79 of BNS (hereinafter referred to as new penal code) and Sections 66E, 67, 67A of IT Act and Section 4 of TNPHW Act and 1/3

subsequently altered to Sections 77, 79, 294(2)(b), 294(2)(c) of new penal code and Sections 66E, 67, 67A of IT Act and Section 4 of TNPHW Act in Crime No.30 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner was detained under Act 14, 1982 and the detention order, dated 03.12.2024, was also produced before this Court.
