(MD).No.21817/2022 dt 09.12.2022 as the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani Dindigul District.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. SATHYA CHIDAMBARAM.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SANJAI GANDHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.21817 of 2022, dated 09.12.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.21817 of 2022, dated 09.12.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on all Monday and Friday of every English Calender month at 10.30 am until further orders.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
