RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD)No.19567 of 2022 by the order dated 10.11.2022 to appear the petitioner before the respondent police daily at 10.30.am, until further orders.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. BALASUBRAMANIAN.N, Advocate for the petitioner and of on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.19567 of 2022, dated 10.11.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation has been completed and charge sheet has already been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar and the same is yet to be taken on file.

CRL MP(MD) No.16290 of 2022 4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.19567 of 2022, dated 10.11.2022 is modified to the effect to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar from 09.01.2023 at 10.30 a.m and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned Trial Judge.
