2. By order, dated 11.06.2019, this Court directed the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders. The respondents have passed an order on 22.07.2021, rejecting the claim of the petitioner. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petiitoner submitted that the similarly placed persons were granted relief, but, the petitioner was discriminated. However, such type of arguments cannot be made in a Contempt petition.
