ORDER:- This Revision/Appeal Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. C.M.Arumugam, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. S.Nambiselvan For R1 & R2, Mr.R.Alagumani For R3, Advocate for the respondents, this Court made the following order:
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A(MD)No.910 of 2023 dated 20.10.2023 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first and second respondents submitted that investigation has been completed and charge sheet is yet to be filed.
4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.A(MD)No.910 of 2023 dated 20.10.2023 is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly once i.e., on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
