ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that even though the petitioner appeared before the third respondent several times, the fourth respondent did not appear. Without insisting the presence of the fourth respondent, the petitioner has been continuously compelled to appear. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the complaint has given by the fourth respondent stating that the petitioner negligently failed to upload the relevant documents, when he was working as Insurance Co-ordinator in the fourth respondent hospital. Because of the above said negligence on the part of the petitioner, loss occurred to the hospital. In settling the insurance amount, the fourth respondent had lodged the above said complaint.

4.Let the above said enquiry be completed by the third respondent Police, by summoning the fourth respondent. The parties are advised to work out their remedy through appropriate civil process. Hence, there is no question of harassment.

5.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
