This petition has been filed praying to direct the Respondent No.1 to withdraw the case in Crime No.361 of 2012 on the file of the Respondent No.4 and entrust the same to the Respondent No.2 for complete the investigation and file charge sheet before the jurisdictional Magistrate within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl. side) would submit that petition enquiry was conducted and it was closed as 'action dropped'.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this petition is closed. The fourth respondent is directed to serve the closure report to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already given. On receipt of the same, the petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition.
