BALAMURUGAN.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.19302 of 2022, dated 01.11.2022.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.19302 of 2022, dated 01.11.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice a month i.e. on 1st and 3rd Saturday of every English Calender month at 10.30 am until further orders. sd/- 23/12/2022 / TRUE COPY / /01/2023 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
