Side) O R D E R This petition has been filed to direct the learned District and Sessions Judge (Special Case Court of PRC), Dindigul District to accept the surrender of the 1st Petitioner/Accused No.3 and consider his bail application on the same day in connection with Crime No.203 of 2023 on the file of the second respondent Police.

2.The petitioner is the accused person in Crime No.203 of 2023 on the file of the 2nd respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 506(i) of IPC and Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) and 3(2) (va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015.

3.Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), accepts notice for the respondents 1 and 2. He would further submit that the case in Crime No.376 of 2018 is pending against the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 325 IPC and 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) of SC/ST (PoA) Act, which is stated to be pending 2/4

before the PCR Court, Dindigul.
