ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the wife, seeking transfer of the case in H.M.O.P.No.344 of 2022 pending on the file of the Family Court, Tirunelveli to be transferred to the Sub Court, Tiruchendur.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner / wife, the petitioner is a permanent resident of Eral Taluk, Tuticorin District and she finds difficulty to travel to Tirunelveli for every hearing.

3. The learned counsel appearing on either side submit that they have oral instructions from their clients that the matter has been settled.

4. Considering the inconvenience of the petitioner / wife, H.M.O.P.No.344 of 2022 pending on the file of Family Court, Tirunelveli is hereby withdrawn and transferred to Sub Court, Tiruchendur.

5. With the above said observations, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 24.02.2023 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Sm To 1.The Family Court, Tirunelveli.
