This Petition has been filed to withdraw the case in H.M.O.P.No.174 of 2022 from the file of the Family Court, Cuddalore, and to transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Trichy.

2. Despite service of notice on the respondent, there is no representation on behalf of the respondent.

3. The reasons given in the affidavit that the petitioner is depending on her parents for her day-to-day needs and that she experiences discomfort while travelling from Trichy to Cuddalore, which is approximately 380 Kilometers to and fro, appears to be genuine.

4. Considering the above, there shall be an order for transfer of H.M.O.P.No. 174 of 2022, pending on the file of the Family Court, Cuddalore, to the file of the Family Court, Trichy. The learned Judge, Family Court, Trichy, shall dispose of H.M.O.P.No.174 of 2022, on it being re-numbered, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
